A fast-growing technology company based in Washington is seeking a talented Back-End Developer to join our team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying our web applications and server-side components. You will work closely with our Front-End Developers and UI/UX Designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of web development technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and Node.js. Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain efficient and scalable server-side components
- Collaborate with team members to integrate front-end and back-end elements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
