Pakistani Executive Chef in Nakuru, Kenya

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pakistani Executive Chef to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Create and design new menus with a focus on Pakistani cuisine
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes
- Order and maintain inventory of food supplies, equipment, and other materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Monitor food costs and work within budgetary guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
