IT Manager in Remish, Nepal



We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes maintaining hardware and software systems, managing data security and backups, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's information technology infrastructure
- Manage hardware and software systems including servers, networks, and workstations
- Ensure data security through regular backups and implementation of security measures
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with data security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different departments
- Ability to manage a team effectively while also being hands-on in technical tasks

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is located in Remish, Nepal.
