Job Title: Office Assistant
An established company in Al-Kuwait is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level position without prior experience. We are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are always fully stocked
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic understanding of office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities
Salary: 1300$ per month
