Handyman Supervisor


We are currently seeking a skilled Handyman Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the work of our team of handymen in Sharjah. As a Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks to handymen based on their skills and expertise
- Train new handymen on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies
- Inspect completed projects to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies needed for various projects
- Schedule maintenance and repairs for company-owned properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of various construction and repair techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport required for this position
- Preference for Indian nationality
- Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided
