Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial facilities such as factories, warehouses, and production plants. Your main duties will include conducting site surveys, creating conceptual designs, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and overseeing construction projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in industry-specific software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for design projects
- Create conceptual designs that meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Produce detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction purposes
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Make any necessary adjustments or modifications during the construction process to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes
