Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Izhevsk! As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus and take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using our POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
