We are a dynamic and growing company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients. This is an English-speaking position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies
- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to inform decision making
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
