Equipment Operator



We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used in construction and other industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment
- Read and understand blueprints, maps, and other technical documents
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks within designated time frames

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations for operating equipment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Physically fit for performing manual labor tasks in varying weather conditions

Salary:
$1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with typical working hours from 8am to 5pm. Some overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
