Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for preserving historic buildings and sites while ensuring that they meet modern safety and accessibility standards. You will work closely with clients, government agencies, and contractors to develop plans and oversee restoration projects. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, documenting existing conditions, preparing reports and proposals, and coordinating with engineers and other professionals. You must have a strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques, as well as experience in project management. This is a full-time position located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture or related field
- Strong understanding of architectural history and preservation principles
- Experience in project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, and contractors
- Ability to conduct site surveys, create detailed reports, and develop restoration plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations pertaining to historic structures
- Experience working with biometric passports preferred but not required
