We are a well-established construction company in Los Angeles looking for a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land features to aid in the planning and execution of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of land areas using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Interpreting data from surveys to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Providing accurate measurements for land grading, placement of structures, and other construction elements
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations related to surveying
- Maintaining survey equipment and tools in good working condition
- Providing guidance and support to junior surveyors on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
