Guest Services Concierge


As a guest services concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our hotel in Eldoret. Your main duties will include welcoming and assisting guests during their stay, making reservations for dining and entertainment, arranging transportation, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. You must be fluent in English and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position is suitable for Indians looking for a job in Eldoret, Kenya. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon their arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle any room changes or special requests
- Make dining reservations for guests at our on-site restaurants or other recommended establishments
- Arrange transportation for guests, such as airport transfers or taxi services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner and escalate issues to management if necessary
- Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area
- Keep up-to-date with local events, attractions, and activities to provide recommendations to guests
- Respond promptly to guest requests via phone, email, or in person
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and amenities
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
- Experience handling cash/credit card transactions is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
