Mason - Construction and Masonry Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of bricks, concrete blocks, stone, and other materials. This role requires expertise in masonry techniques such as cutting, shaping, and laying bricks, as well as knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lay out materials for construction according to blueprints or plans
- Cut or break bricks, stones or blocks to the desired size using hand or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using a trowel
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks or stones in rows or patterns to build walls or structures
- Ensure that the structure is levelled and aligned correctly using various measuring tools
- Repair or replace broken or damaged bricks, stones or other masonry units
- Follow safety protocols and building codes at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is based in Eschen, Liechtenstein. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the requirements for this role.

Contract type:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. Renewal of contract may be offered based on performance.
