Handyman/Handywoman



We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Handywoman to join our team in Mauren. As a Handyman/Handywoman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks at various properties. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform carpentry work such as building shelves, installing cabinets, and repairing furniture
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures such as doors, windows, and locks
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces and tools
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks

Salary:
