Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Faisalabad. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable designs. Your duties will include creating detailed drawings and blueprints, selecting building materials, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects meet safety codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in project management, budgeting, and timeline planning. This is a full-time position suitable for students looking to gain professional experience in the field of architecture.

Salary: $1600 per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience with project management software such as Procore or BuilderTrend
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Nationality preference: Pakistani (not a strict requirement)
