Restaurant Manager (Pakistani/African Candidates)

Our busy restaurant in Bayan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry, with previous experience managing a team and ensuring excellent customer service. As a Pakistani or African candidate, you will bring diversity and cultural knowledge to our team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Swahili are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1400$ per month, depending on experience.
