As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks as directed by the project manager
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, loaders) is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently and follow instructions from supervisors
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods of time)
- Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of heavy equipment is a plus
- Valid driver's license is required
