Construction Manager - Ufa, Russia



We are hiring a Construction Manager in Ufa, Russia. This role requires a candidate with experience in the construction industry and preferably with a background in project management. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to supervising workers and ensuring project completion on schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with budgeting software preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This role is suitable for men who have experience working in the construction industry. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
