We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Ufa. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
- Monitor progress and quality of construction work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Manage project budget and track expenses.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills is a plus).

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
