Architectural Technologist in Shan, India

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are functional, efficient, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations. Your role will involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D drawings, as well as conducting site visits to gather information and measurements.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and construction, with a focus on technical design. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be required to identify potential issues and provide solutions. Excellent communication skills are also important for collaborating with team members and presenting designs to clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Indian construction industry. A degree or diploma in architectural technology or a related field is required. Proficiency in CAD software is also necessary.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This position does not include accommodation.
