IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with department heads to understand their technology needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of all systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security
- Manage all hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance
- Oversee network security protocols and disaster recovery plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
