Online Consultant - Part Time (Lahore, Pakistan)



We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for freshers or those looking for additional income.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of online platforms such as social media, email, and chat applications
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues
- Assist clients with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records in our system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely responses to client inquiries
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. However, due to the nature of the job being remote, applicants from other cities within Pakistan will also be considered.
