Indian Waiter in Doha


We are hiring an Indian Waiter to join our team in Doha! As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the system
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure that all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle any concerns or complaints from guests promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with setting up tables, refilling condiments, and other side duties as needed

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality or have relevant experience working with Indian cuisine
- Previous experience as a waiter or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (basic knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
