Administrative Assistant - Malayalee Contracts (Clairvaux)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Malayalee Contract Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients who are looking for jobs without any English language requirements. This includes managing contracts, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position open to candidates with their own visa.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clients seeking jobs without any English language requirements
- Manage contracts and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for clients
- Communicate effectively with both English and Malayalam speaking clients
- Record and file important documents such as contracts, invoices, and receipts
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1300 per month
