Waiter/Waitress at a Beachfront Resort in Albena, Bulgaria



We are currently hiring a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a beachfront resort in the beautiful city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while serving food and beverages in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Ensure all orders are served promptly and correctly
- Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell when appropriate
- Check on guests' satisfaction throughout their meal
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for service and clearing them after guests leave
- Process payments accurately using POS system

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
