Junior Architectural Technologist



As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and construction of buildings and structures. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create detailed plans and specifications for projects. Your role will also involve using computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce technical drawings and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct research on building materials, codes, regulations, and standards
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Good understanding of building materials, codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Multan but applicants from other cities are also welcome. Accommodation can be provided for candidates who require it.
