Student Concierge Assistant in Gujrat

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Concierge Assistant to join our team in Gujrat. As a Student Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to students, ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Your main duties will include assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, handling inquiries and requests from students, coordinating transportation and activities, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. This is an entry-level position suitable for students looking to gain experience in the field or earn extra income.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students upon arrival at the residence
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle inquiries and requests from students promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation for students as needed
- Plan and organize activities for students during their stay
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas in the residence
- Report any issues or concerns to the management team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled in college/university preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
