Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine (Ajman)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be of Indian nationality with prior experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in the UAE. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall performance and profitability of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, inventory control, and budgeting
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources to meet financial targets
- Monitor food quality and service standards to maintain customer satisfaction
- Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine menu items, preparation techniques, and ingredients
- Familiarity with UAE food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred

Salary: AED 1000 per month (without accommodation)

Note: This position is only open for Indian nationals who do not require English language proficiency. Visa sponsorship will be provided for selected candidates.
