Construction Manager - Ajman
We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager for our construction project in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction project from start to finish
- Develop project budget and ensure adherence to it
- Create and manage construction schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly
- Manage and mentor construction team members
- Address any concerns or conflicts that may arise during the project
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and materials
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing teams and resolving conflicts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with accommodation. This is a contract position requiring previous experience in construction management. Malayalees and Egyptians are preferred for this role. Please note that English proficiency is not required for this position.
