Nepali Chef
Location: Lusail, Qatar



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Nepali Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. As a Nepali Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious dishes that showcase the unique flavors and ingredients of Nepal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional Nepali dishes according to established recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of food presentation and taste
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef, preferably with experience in preparing Nepali cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Nepali cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary starting at $1200 per month based on experience.
