Waiter/Waitress (Malayalee candidates preferred)

We are seeking experienced and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our team in Riyadh. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks, and service
- Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and dining room at all times
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Malayalee candidates preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
