We are seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive and efficient service. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of hospitality etiquette. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Answer any questions or concerns from customers
- Ensure tables are clean and organized before seating new guests
- Handle cash transactions using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong knowledge of hospitality etiquette and standards
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle complaints effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
