As an entry-level baker, you will assist in the preparation and production of baked goods in a fast-paced bakery setting. Your responsibilities will include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, and decorating pastries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring quality control of baked goods, and assisting in inventory management. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure quality control of all baked goods before they are served or sold
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training or experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
