Land Surveyor
A leading land surveying company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land for various projects, including construction, development, and mapping.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Create maps, plans, and drawings using survey data
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project requirements
- Manage survey crew and provide guidance on field operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents related to land ownership
- Knowledge of CAD software is preferred
- Experience working on construction or development projects is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. We also provide free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for foreign employees.
