Merchandiser - Khasab, Oman


A global retail company is seeking a qualified and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement attractive merchandising displays in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding product needs
- Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, cleaning displays, and organizing products
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products to recommend improvements or changes to the merchandising strategy

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
