Merchandiser (Part-Time) - Khasab, Oman
We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed correctly and effectively in retail stores. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to check product displays and availability
- Maintain and restock products as needed to ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an attractive manner to increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff to ensure product placement is optimized
- Monitor competitor products and promotions to make recommendations for improving sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and displays for new products or promotions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of merchandising software is a plus
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This role is based in Khasab, Oman.
Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Canadians or Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not already have their own visa for working in Oman.
