Carpenter - Al-Malikiyah



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$, without accommodation provided. The ideal candidate must have experience in carpentry and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts using hand tools
- Inspect structures to determine need for repairs or replacements
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of building materials and their uses
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements

Preferred Qualifications:
- Vocational certificate or apprenticeship in carpentry
- Experience working with various power tools
- Knowledge of occupational hazards related to carpentry work
