Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Wiltz
Our restaurant in Wiltz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Indian cuisine. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Oversee food quality and consistency to ensure an authentic Indian dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health codes.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and update menus regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in an Indian cuisine restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and cultural practices.
- Understanding of budgeting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
