Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make minor repairs as needed
- Keep detailed records of production data
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with factory machinery preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Good time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
