Team Lead - English Speaking (Clairvaux, Kenya)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of employees.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback.

- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss goals, progress, and any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues.
- Keep track of employee attendance and performance records.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Salary:
$1600 per month
