Teamlead - English Speaking (Contract)


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals to ensure the successful execution of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of individuals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies for growth
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions as needed
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals
- Ensure quality standards are met through thorough review processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in project management or team management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: $1500 per month
