Our painting company in Ufa, Russia is seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in residential and commercial buildings. This position offers a salary of 1400$, accommodation and does not require English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paint to achieve desired color and consistency
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by covering them with drop cloths or masking tape
- Clean up work areas after completing job
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences

Requirements:
- A passion for painting and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- No previous experience required - training will be provided on the job
- Accommodation will be provided if needed

Preferred qualifications (not required):
- Previous experience in painting or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes
- Ability to communicate in English
