We are in search of a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team for the busy season in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks. This is a seasonal job that does not require previous experience, making it perfect for 12 pass individuals looking for an exciting opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take and process orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Upsell products to increase revenue
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Must have own valid visa to work in Russia (no sponsorship available)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
