Instrument Technician


We are currently hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Akron, USA. As an instrument technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various mechanical and electronic instruments used in industrial processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and transmitters
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments to ensure accurate readings and proper functioning
- Conduct tests and inspections to identify any potential issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure proper installation and operation of instruments
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and any changes made to instruments
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in instrument technology through training programs or self-study

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an instrument technician in an industrial setting
- Strong understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
- Familiarity with various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Ability to use various hand tools and specialized equipment for installation and repairs
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex problems quickly
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
