Sales Manager - Pakistan (Contract)

We are searching for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our sales operations in Pakistan. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Pakistan
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Pakistani market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1300/month with accommodation provided.
