Experienced Baker

We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Akron. As a Baker, you will be responsible for all aspects of the baking process, from mixing ingredients to decorating finished products. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes
- Mix, knead, and shape dough by hand or using specialized equipment
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust them as needed
- Decorate and present finished products
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and place orders when necessary
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
