We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate data for engineering and construction projects. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in land surveying.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various methods including GPS, total station, and other equipment
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plots, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and drawings
- Research legal records, laws, and other documents related to property boundaries
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Land Surveyor
- Knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS and total station
- Familiarity with CAD software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
