Job Title: Land Surveyor - Contract Position in Bungoma, Kenya

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya on a contract basis. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine and establish exact locations and boundaries of land ownership. This position requires strong communication skills in English and prior experience in land surveying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and aerial photography.
- Analyze survey data to create maps, plans, and reports.
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land.
- Prepare reports on property ownership, rights of way, and easements.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to determine the placement of roads, buildings, and other structures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land use.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Strong proficiency in using GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying is preferred.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
