We are searching for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Malindi. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art. Additionally, the ability to provide excellent customer service and work well in a fast-paced environment is crucial. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Educate customers on different coffee options and brewing methods
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a barista training program
- Experience working with different types of coffee beans from around the world
- Multilingual abilities (Swahili, Italian, etc.)
