Team Lead - Operations (Indian candidates preferred)



Our company is a rapidly growing organization in the hospitality industry, located in Triesen, Liechtenstein. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to oversee our operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of operations staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Create and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to improve their skills
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
